    Designation:Sales ManagerJob Overview:The Sales Manager - Home Loans will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives to drive sales of home loan products.     • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
