    3. Conductthoroughmarketanalysistoidentifyopportunities,trends,andcompetitivethreats.Use insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
    4. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    5. Developsalesplansandallocateresources effectively to meet objectives.
    6. Implementcorrectiveactionsasneededto ensure objectives are met.
    7. Stayup-to-datewithproductknowledgeandindustrydevelopments.Providetrainingandsupport to the sales team and promoters to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
    8. Collaboratecross-functionallywithmarketing,productdevelopment,andotherdepartmentstoalign sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    9. Managethesalesbudgeteffectively,ensuringoptimalallocationofresourcesandcost
    10. Prepareregularreportsonsalesperformance,markettrends,andcompetitoractivities.Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
    Skillsrequired:
