Greetings from Boaats Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd!!Key Responsibilities :-Build the client target list and identify new sectors/ potential organizations to harness as potential business partners in the future and Manage Customer / Supplier relationship.Assist the Head of Trading in monitoring market, pricing, obtain suppliers timeslot allocation, choose customer and combination of ports, matching it with the availability and size of the ships, add & remove customers and changing ports.Provide pre and post deal commercial advice, contract authorization. Negotiate contracts/ agreements with third parties on behalf of the business.Ensure coordination with Accounts department and review financial arrangements such as LCs , handle all banks contracts and follow up as needed to complete the commercial process.Oversight on the shipment.(port choice, route planning, loading and unloading, quantity, custom clearances, further logistics from ship to customer site, port manpower to discharge the vessel)Ensure handling of statutory requirements related to Central Excise, customs and DGFT etc.
