Job Description

    Job Overview: As a Sales Executive in a facility management company, they plays a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. They develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to boost sales. Responsibilities include lead generation, product presentations, negotiation, and closing deals while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to generate leads and expand the customer base.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
    • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies and sales targets.
    • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
    • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, working proactively to drive business growth.
    • Follow-ups & Customer Support: Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
    • Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM software to provide insights and improve performance.
