The Sales Officer will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by engaging with shop owners and establishing mutually beneficial partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a knack for building rapport.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to target and approach shop owners within the designated pincode.Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners to promote FriendLoan.ins products and services.Present persuasive sales pitches and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of partnering with FriendLoan.in.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and innovation.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and achievements.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.Demonstrated ability to effectively approach and engage with shop owners.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.Comprehensive training and support to enhance skills and knowledge.Friendly and collaborative work environment.
