Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead Generation & Conversion: Cultivate new sales opportunities through cold calling, walk-ins, and local market networking. [1, 2, 3, 4]
    • Customer Advisory: Meet with prospective customers to understand their financial needs and pitch suitable Axis Max Life Insurance solutions. [1, 2, 3, 4]
    • Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure smooth onboarding, customer servicing, and policy renewals. [1, 2, 3]
    • Partner & Channel Support: Coordinate with partner bank branches (or distribution channels) to organize staff product training and generate leads through joint sales calls. [1, 2]
    • Target Achievement: Strictly adhere to the Axis Max Life Insurance Limited sales framework, regularly updating and following up on all leads. [1, 2]
    Requirements & Qualifications
    • Experience: Typically 01 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset are widely accepted).
    • Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in any stream.
    • Skills Required: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication, negotiation, and local area navigation.
    • Location: Often entails full-time, on-site responsibilities (e.g., in Hyderabad) with heavy field-sales expectations. [1, 2, 3, 4]
