Job Description

To be successful in this role, you will need to be driven, curious, intelligent and deeply passionate about sales strategy and operations. You will be a strategic partner to sales management helping to drive efficiency and deliver a high value partnership. This is a demanding role that requires strong leadership, priority management and interpersonal skills.

What Youll Do

  • Work directly with sales management to execute strategic initiatives which will allow sales teams to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
  • Help to develop and drive the operational cadence across sales organization
  • Lead operational effort to support our sales managers and account executives day-to-day
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
  • Think of new ways to solve existing problems using data, process, and technology

What you ll need to be successful

  • 2+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analyst, or financial analyst roles
  • Motivated to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
  • Self-starter mentality with an ability to own tasks through to completion
  • Knowledge/experience with Salesforce.com and/or Clari
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
