Job Description

    JOB Title:Sales Team LeaderSales Manager Key Responsibilities:
    1. Create effective sales models to improve the sales funnel.
    2. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
    3. Assist in recruiting and training new team members.
    4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members.
    5. Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports.
    6. Develop social media campaigns and promotional email templates to boost sales.
    7. Manage and oversee inventory requirements.
    8. Identify new sales opportunities and keep abreast of market trends.
    9. Set sales targets and revenue goals.
    10. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
    11. Establish sales goals based on budget assessments.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    1. Experience as a Sales Team Leader in the BPO sales sector, preferably in financial product sales.
    2. Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    3. Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, or in a similar role.
    4. Strong knowledge of the companys products and services.
    5. Familiarity with sales tracking software and lead generation tools (e.g., Pipedrive, OptinMonster, Constant Contact).
    6. Excellent communication skills.
    7. Strong decision-making abilities.
    8. Awareness of the latest industry trends and developments.
    9. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
    10. Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
    11. Willingness to adapt and improve sales strategies.
