The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for developing sales strategies, guiding the team to achieve targets, and ensuring the effective promotion of ISBMs distance learning courses. This individual will act as a mentor, provide leadership, and drive business objectives while maintaining compliance and ensuring student satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the sales team to effectively promote ISBMs distance learning programs.
    • Manage team performance, ensuring achievement of sales targets and adherence to compliance standards.
    • Develop and implement sales plans, budgets, and execution strategies.
    • Mentor and guide a team of 5 counselors to meet business goals and enhance productivity.
    • Serve as a key communication link between the front-line team and upper management, providing valuable market insights.
    • Ensure timely reporting and tracking of team performance and student services.
    Key Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the education industry, with a focus on sales and team management.
    • Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing a sales team.
    • Graduate degree or equivalent.
