Job Description

    Salesforce Developer with PD2 Certificate(Mandate)Years of experience:- 7 to 10 yearsNotice Period:- 0 to 30 days.JR:- hidden_mobile (Already opened in System)-Must have 5+ years of experience with SFDC platform and partner ecosystemExperience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background , good to have service cloud experience .Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experienceMust have Platform Developer I and II certificationSalesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutionsStrong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratchStrong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, Aura, LWC.Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solutionAdditional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval WorkflowGood to have (not a must have) experience in omni channel , CTI implementation or Lightning Scheduler.Roles and Responsibilities:-Work in an Agile environment with a fun team to meet the project timelinesDevelop best in class high standard codeContribute as a strong technical lead, who can guide the team through the solutions after reviewing with the Solution ArchitectSubject matter expert - Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of SalesforceCRM capabilitiesContribute in all the phases of software development cyclesWork proactively to remove technical debt and security vulnerabilitiesActively participate in code reviews of own code and that of peersPresent and validate solutionProactive during team discussions and constantly providing suggestions to improve where ever possibleCreate Technical DocumentationMonitor/ Track/ Review the delivery to ensure the best practices and design principles are adhered into deliveryProvide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com applications to support business and product strategiesBuild and foster a high-performance engineering culture and mentor team members.
