You will be responsible for the end-to-end Quality Assurance and testing of the developments on the platform, working with a highly successful team to reach our common goals.As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud QA Engineer, you will embark on our journey of automating and improving our marketing effort through e.g. automated communication journeys, development of a Lead Scoring model and process, as well as making sure we utilize automated testing where relevant. By being the QA Lead it is expected that you are participating in the deliveries from architecture to end of testing and release. We will help you keep up to date on the latest platform changes and enable you to remain best in the field of hands-on QA and testing through continuous learning and collaboration with the team on the increasing complex requirements that we are facing.To ensure continued excellence you will be responsible for overseeing that coding conventions and governance are followed, and through your end-to-end QA overview, support the team in their daily delivery according to our high standards.Show More Key responsibilitiesAccomplish end-to-end testing and identify, document, and appropriately escalate defects found during execution of test cases/scenarios Introducing an automated test methodology on the SFMC platform Ensure team is achieving high-levels of test automation by appropriately guiding, from a test perspective, user story analysis and scenario generation Organizing of test efforts and delivery of the test approach / strategy Collaborating with development teams to design, build and test deliveries so that test failures are found as early as possible Engage closely with scrum teams and architects as QA governance to verify user story/epic acceptance criteria and test cases provide thorough positive and negative testing throughout the development lifecycle Take responsibility for, and ownership of, all test artefacts required by the team Promote and facilitate excellent triage including root-cause analysis in support of our Continuous Improvement objectives Team player with a positive attitude and high attention to details Highly self-motivated with strong problem solving and analytic skills, somebody willing to go the extra mile to achieve the goals Passion for delivering high quality products Should be comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment Excellent communication skills - must be confident speaking with key stake holders, also non-technical stake holdersShow More We are looking forTotal experience of 4 8 Years QA Experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud QA Experience/Exposure on Salesforce Sales/Service or Pardot is added advantage but not mandatory Experience / Exposure of SQL Experience/Exposure of AMPScript Basic exposure to HTML/SSJS Integration Testing Exposure Data Segmentation Automations Testing Journey Testing Exposure of Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder Test Scenarios/Test Cases/Test Data Preparation STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) Bug Life Cycle Excel working in a fast-paced agile/scrum environment Certifications - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Salesforce Marketing Cloud AdministratorShow More,
