Job Description

    SAP ABAP EP (Enterprise Portal) Developer
    • 4 - 10 Years
    • Bangalore,Chennai,Hyderabad,Pune
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and enhance ABAP programs in accordance with project requirements, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
    • Design and develop reports, scripts, module pools, and SMART forms using ABAP programming language.
    • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Perform unit testing and provide support for integration testing, debugging and resolving issues as they arise.
    • Maintain and support SAP-EP (Enterprise Portal) by implementing necessary updates, patches, and enhancements.
    • Identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement in ABAP and EP development.
    • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance system functionality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP ABAP and EP components with other systems.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when required.
    Requirement:
    • Proven professional experience of 4-10 years as an SAP ABAP Developer, with expertise in ABAP development.
    • Strong knowledge and experience in BASIC ABAP programming, including Reports, Scripts, Module Pool, and SMART forms.
    • Proficiency in SAP-EP (Enterprise Portal) maintenance and development is highly desirable.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver and SAP ECC systems.
    • Understanding of SAP modules and integration with ABAP, such as SD, MM, FI/CO, etc.
    • Familiarity with SAP development tools and methodologies, including ABAP Workbench and SAP Solution Manager.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
