  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Proficient in SAP ATTP Operations with Hands on experience in the ATTP towards setup of customers, configurations, deployment and operational activities - Build Team of resources for the skills to the advantage of clients by offering the services seamlessly on SAP ATTP and other Track and Trace Products
      • Technical Experience : - SAP ATTP skills 10 yrs experience in SAP ATTP platform - Experience with Pharma client is preferred SAP ATTP Migration / Integration project experience would be useful - Proficient in ATTP with good communication skills
    • Professional Attributes : - Fluent in Communications with abilities to take up client-facing role
