Job Description

Transport BI Analyst IN, Chennai | Professional | Full-Time | ID: 16208Vestas is the world leader in wind technology and a motivation in the development of the wind power industry. We are a team of 5 employees working with BI report development, decision support models, data visualization, and master data governance as well as performance management. You will become part of a staff function that supports the four-line areas within the Global Supply Chain with a primary focus on Transport Management (SAP TM)Responsibilities The main responsibilities of this job position will be:

  • Propel SAP BI Reports / Dashboards development with Global IT and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct business user training in analytics and BI Dashboards usage
  • Ensure that the line organization is utilizing and achieving the benefits from released BI reports/dashboards
  • Become Power User of the Transport area, making sure data reports are valid and updated
  • Create data visualizations (analytic overviews, dashboards, etc.)
  • End to End Implementation of knowledge that relates to your area BI Reports
  • Added Advantage is knowledge on - SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, SAP HANA Studio
Qualifications We expect candidates to have:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Science, Engineering or similar
  • The ability to guide and manage projects - especially BI-related development projects
  • Solid understanding of database principles & data modeling
  • Detailed understanding of the critical path of information flow and data analysis
  • Superuser of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, including VBA is good to have)
  • Experience with SAP SBOP Analysis for office
  • Good to have Experienced with MS Access & SharePoint
  • Good to have Experienced with SAP Transport Management (TM)
  • Work experience with systems and reporting development and visualization in an international organization
  • Looking for around 8 year of experience within SAP BW
