  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : As a Senior Developer, you are responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module Should have good experience in application of standard software development principles Produce technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion Validate configuration and lead UAT testing, own playback demos to clients, and lead deployment Conduct business processes and requirements analysis
      • Technical Experience : Develop client-ready work and templates and support the development of best-practice standards and related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans Participate in data integration and migration by defining data streams needed to flow into the platform and ensure requirements are provided to integration team Demonstrated experience developing, supporting or implementing application software in the incentive compensation
      • Professional Attributes : Should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks Should have in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language Should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers
      • Educational Qualification : BTech or any Bachelors degree with basic domain knowledge of sales performance management
    • Additional Information : SAP Commissions Callidus / Jedox /Anaplan/Adaptive Insights or EPM Data Integration ETL Advanced Ex
