Job Description

    Job DescriptionLocation: remoteEducation & Certification:Minimum Bachelors Degree.Work Experience 7-8 years of core relevant experience in SAP CRM / C4C both technical andfunctionalPrimary Skills Providing Subject Matter Expertise of best practices in use of SAP CustomerExperience (CX). Responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering throughimplementation of program management solutions. Good knowledge / work experience in below SAP- CX areas1. SAP Marketing Cloud: campaign management, lead managementand analysis.2. SAP Commerce Cloud: omnichannel commerce, productinformation management, merchandising and promotion.3. SAP Sales Cloud: mobile CRM solution, customer and opportunitymanagement.4. SAP-Service Cloud Build SAP-CX Practice, participation in new bids, bring in new businessprovide Consulting services to existing / new customers as and whenrequired. Capacity and capability Building by arranging training programs to develop thecompetency as and when required. Hire 2 nd level leaders with connections, who has a zeal / interest to build thecompetency. Delivery responsibility as to define project scope and provide projectimplementation estimates including time frames, quality and quantity ofresources required to successfully implement project; develop project planincorporating all project variables including risk. Act as a Subject matter expertise on SAP CX modules to identify, develop,and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increaseefficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings andefficiencies for each client. Analysing and translating business requirementsinto alternative functional solutions, utilising best practice and within the remitof the enterprise architecture Conversing with technical and non-technical audiences Providing guidance and consultancy to business users and other functionalconsultantsShould possess extensive expertise, practical experience and deep businessknowledge of SAP CX (Customer experience). Should have experience in articulating the concerns and grievances raised bytheir team in response to changes in processes or technological environment. Adept in all phases of project development, from conceptualization to analysis& recommendations, project planning, implementation, through realization andgoing live; able to translate business objectives into clear functional andtechnical requirements. Should have experience and inclination towards Pre-Sales. Strong understanding of core C4C module out of the box functionality. Strong communication skills Able to articulate hybris solutions to client / business stakeholders with goodpresentation skills Provide Consulting services solving problems in ongoing engagements Strong in Java, spring framework, MVC Architecture, HTML5/CSS, UIdevelopment and Design patterns. Define and follow best practices to manage performance and scalability ofC4C solution.Nice to Have Skills -1. Experience in creating proof of concepts in C4C ecommerce and doingresearch to recommend appropriate solutions for the client businessrequirement.2. Diagnose and solve technical problems related to hybrisimplementation.3. Create end- to-end specifications for C4C commerce solutions.4. Strong understanding of object oriented programming and relationaldatabases.
