SAP Data Migration Leader - S/4HANA Migration Cockpit + Master DataDescriptionThe SAP Data Migration Leader will be part of highly motivated and passionate team within DXC. You will be responsible for the team that performs all system maintenance, project development, migration projects at DXC. Resource will be responsible for the team that performs all functional tasks within SAP Projects at DXC all from idea, solution design, implementation, quality assurance, test, to cut-over support. He/she is responsible for leadership and ownership of Delivery and contractual requirements across managed environments.7- 10 years as function team leader during BP3 + full project life cycle from preparation to post going life supportPrevious project in Dairy or CPG companiesExperience in international projectWilling to travel 50%Leading Expert with hands on experience in Leading Data Harmonization projects.An advantage:S/4 HANA implementationActivate methodology. The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.Responsibilities
• Creating master data strategy, principles and plan
• Lead Data Harmonization strategy: Coding principles, Data standards and Naming conventions
• Leading the harmonization Master Data model Structure with Tnuva.
• Leading the transactional Data Migration Plan
• Define To-be Data Model to fit SAP S4 requirements and lead the analysis activity for how to use the current data in the new data model
• Develop data load strategy, develop data conversion dependencies
• Maintain technical documentation
