Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are hiring for the position of SAP FICO at LTI Mindtree
    • Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant
    • Location: Chennai
    • Experience: 4-12 years
    We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Consultant to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO module implementation, configuration, and support. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize financial processes and ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
    2. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to understand and document functional requirements.
    3. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions for process improvements within the SAP FICO module.
    4. Customize and enhance SAP FICO functionalities through ABAP programming when required.
    5. Provide end-user training and support during SAP FICO implementations and upgrades.
    6. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of SAP FICO issues.
    7. Collaborate with other SAP functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other modules.
    8. Stay updated on SAP FICO best practices, industry trends, and new technologies.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2. 4-12 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
    3. Strong expertise in SAP FICO module configuration, implementation, and support.
    4. Proficient in SAP integration with other modules such as SD, MM, and PP.
    5. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is advantageous.
    6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
