SAP FICO Consultant [Lead Consultant]: This role requires domain knowledge in finance and costing (functional expertise).Bachelors Degree with or without SAP certification.Functional Consultant 6+ years of SAP experience.Qualifications Bachelors Degree (In Finance - Must)Masters in Finance (In Finance - Optional)Senior FICO Consultant Must have at least One full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience (Project Preparation to till Go-Live).Strong experience in SAP Finance and controllingGood understanding in SAP product costing (With or without material Ledger)Global template understanding would be added advantageGeneral FICO Consultant SkillsStrong knowledge in business requirement gathering, BBP preparation, Opening balance load, Test Scripts/Case preparation, User manual preparation, Unit testing and Integration testing.o Design, configuration and testing of core FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR)o Design, configuration and testing of Asset Managemento Design, configuration and testing of CO-PAo Design, configuration and testing of project systems (added advantage)Experience with report writer and report painterExperience with product costingExperience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/COGood understanding of cutover activitiesShould have basic functional knowledge in other modulesGather/document functional requirements and translate functional needs into technical solutions (FS)Configure, test, support and implement FICO solutionOlam Specific requirement Independent handling ofmodule with hands-on experienceMaterial ledger experience (optional)Exposure to standard cost and split valuation (Optional)Experience in process industry would be added advantageWorked on Bank interfaces and basic understanding of PINon-Technical Requisites: Good Communication Skills(Must)Played Client facing role in prior projectsDynamic, Proactive and Flexible AttitudeAbility to take ownership of responsibilities shared and independently handle the respective moduleShow willingness to learn and indicate genuineness in unfamiliar concepts/scenariosMust be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlinesMust be willing to travel when required,
