Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an experienced SAP FICO IT Consultant for the ERP BI area of Danfoss Group IT (DGIT). This team is responsible for supporting our existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Business Intelligence (BI) systems supporting Danfoss in its digitalization and electrification agenda across the globe. Danfoss Oragadam campus which is India s first LEED Platinum rated constructed manufacturing facility a modern green campus with state-of the-art facilities, from where our employees design, innovate, manufacture and promote products for both India and outside market. As our new colleague , you will be part of a well-functioning global team of committed and skilled IT consultants, who are front runners within SAP ERP, implementing the full suite of the latest S4/Hana technology . Key Tasks:

  1. Understand business true need, identity and document requirements and gaps
  2. Design the solution base on the requirement, the designed solution should be validated and approved by the solution architect
  3. Delivery the configuration and development specification if needed
  4. Escalate to the solution owner or project manager if the agreed delivery time is comprised
  5. Validate the test cases against the requirements
  6. Validate the solution meets the requirements
  7. Involve in various projects and new service requests
  8. Doing second line support to Application support
Hard Skills:
  1. Have a Finance and controlling process understanding and can work with more assignments at a time
  2. Experience with FICO Module within SAP
  3. Experience with the connection between FICOOther modules, especially sales and purchase
  4. Open text VIM knowledge is added advantage
  5. ITIL Knowledge
  6. Capable of communicating a complex IT-structure to clients in business language
  7. Open to challenges and the necessary drive to follow your tasks through
  8. Capable of translating business needs to solutions within SAP FICO
  9. Could work outside normal working hours
  10. Can communicate very well in English as it is our business language
  11. Experience with SOLMAN and CHARM processes.
Soft Skills :
  1. Excellent English skills is a must,
  2. Self-propelled.
  3. Ability to challenge the business.
  4. Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants.
Experience:
  1. Familiarity with IT landscape Solution Architecture
  2. 5+ years of experience in similar role on past projects for functional area / domain and solution module, or as IT consultant in SAP ERP implementation projects .
