Consultant will work with business users and Technical teams for maintenance, Support and Testing of SAP solutions.Must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules:Must be proficient in the following business processes: Field service project planning, creation, costing, revenue, billing, monitoring, Repair project planning,Work with on-site team members, onsite key users and managers, to ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectationMust have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systemsResponsibilities: Requirement gathering, SAP Configuration, specifying interfaces, and data migration.Customer and Business Partner managementService Contract and Quotation processingExperience in integration with other SAP modules ReportingExperience in third party Integration with SAP Service and maintenance ordersSoft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitudeDesired Skills & Experience-Minimum 2 implementation and 2 AMS support Projects-SAP SD and PM experience will be preferred.SPECIFIED CONCENTRATION:SAP CS with focus on AMS (L2,L3 support)Implementation of SAP Notes, Regression testingPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Knowledge/experience of Agile tool like ADO, ALM, and ServiceNowKnowledge of SAP SD and PM
