Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are hiring for the position of SAP PM at LTI Mindtree
    • Job Title: SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant
    • Location: Chennai
    • Experience: 4-12 years
    We are looking for a skilled SAP PM Consultant to join our team in Chennai, bringing expertise in Plant Maintenance processes and SAP PM module implementation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing asset management, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Implement, configure, and support SAP PM modules to address plant maintenance requirements.
    2. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to understand and document functional requirements.
    3. Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions for process enhancements within the SAP PM module.
    4. Customize and enhance SAP PM functionalities through ABAP programming as needed.
    5. Provide end-user training and support during SAP PM implementations and upgrades.
    6. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of SAP PM issues.
    7. Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules to optimize overall business processes.
    8. Stay informed about the latest developments in SAP PM best practices and industry trends.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2. 4-12 years of experience as an SAP PM Consultant.
    3. Strong expertise in SAP PM module configuration, implementation, and support.
    4. Proficient in SAP integration with other modules such as MM and SD.
    5. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is beneficial.
    6. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
    7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
