Job Description

    Job Title: SAP Techno-Functional Consultant ABAP FICOExperience: 7 to 13 YearsLocation: Guindy, Chennai (Work from office only)Walk-In Drive Date: 22-Feb-2025 (Saturday)Time: 9:30 AM 5:00 PMMode: Face-to-Face (F2F)Venue:Guindy, Chennai 600032Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in ABAP and FICO to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical ABAP expertise along with a deep understanding of Finance business requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a senior SAP technical role and contribute to complex business projects.Key Skills & Experience:
    • Primary Skills: SAP ABAP, FICO
    • 7 to 13 years of experience in ABAP development and handling of FICO business-related requirements.
    • ABAP Functional Weightage: 60%, FICO Functional Weightage: 40%.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 environment, ABAP workbench, and other SAP tools.
    • Expertise in implementing, developing, and customizing SAP business applications.
    • Proficient in SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and ADOBE Forms.
    • Hands-on experience with Data Migration, BDC, and LSMW tools.
    • Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) experience.
    • Excellent communication and multitasking skills to interact with Finance users and manage multiple projects.
    Desired Skills:
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with the technical team for execution.
    • Expertise in developing RFC (Remote Function Call), IDOCs handling, and BDC.
    • Proficiency in Performance Tuning, Runtime Analysis, and using SQL Trace.
    • Strong experience in developing, testing, and implementing SAP applications, including technical documentation and test scripts.
    • Ability to manage operational support and handle tickets/issues in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Experience in maintaining RICEFW matrices, creating Business Requirement Documents, and preparing test scenarios.
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Work directly with Finance department users to understand business requirements and create Business Requirement Documents.
    • Act as the technical expert for all SAP-related issues, providing timely solutions and ensuring efficient implementation.
    • Develop, test, and implement technical solutions for high-complexity business functions.
    • Coordinate development phases, system testing, and implementation with accurate estimations.
    • Monitor the performance of various functions, ensuring seamless integration and system stability.
    • Provide on-call support and manage operational tasks during change windows.
    • Handle ticket resolution and client queries to maintain high client satisfaction.
    • Prepare documentation related to business understanding, technical specifications, and testing scenarios.
    • Manage deployment of developed objects using tools like Solman (Solution Manager).
