Job Description Role Outline /Job Summary Job Description POSITION TITLE : AnalystBUSINESS GROUP /FUNCTION : Consumer OpsMust Have SAS SQL VBA Analytical & Logical Expertise. JOB BACKGROUND /CONTEXT: The Asia Centralized Variable Incentive Compensation (VIC) Calculation team is a newly formed unit under Global Consumer Business (GCB) Consumer Operations and it covers 16 markets and 4 different lines of business for the entire Asia Consumer business.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Timely execution of regular incentive calculation in accordance with approved Variable Incentive Compensation Plan;Development and change management of regular and adhoc VIC schemes logic, that includes but not limited to:Identifying underline data requirement and Preparing Functional SpecsBuilding Solution Design and develop the solution by using appropriate tool /technology including SAS, VBA, MS Excel and BI Ability to understand the business requirements, develop data- driven solutions to address business needs, and independently manage end- to- end project communication with business partners.The individual should possess the ability to work in teams and display a proactive learning attitude.The role includes: In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for:Driving end- to- end a critical, sales incentive computations;Automation of calculation processes;Taking complete ownership of the process and support regular and adhoc requests;Understanding end- to- end sales Incentive calculation methodology and execution process;Maintenance of documentation related to business requests, SLAs, UAT sign- offs, approvals as auditable artifacts;Developing of MIS to track Sale volumes, Revenues and other key metrics;Performing reconciliation between methodology document & technical implementation, and identify if there are any gaps in the existing process;Distribution of reports and addressing business queries;Delivering calculations on time with high quality and accuracy;100% adherence to agreed SLA and approved VIC Plan;Maintenance of proper logs for validation and future reference.SKILLS REQUIRED We are looking for Self- motivated individuals who are comfortable working in teams with high growth potential and involved in transitioning the highly complex and critical projects.Successful candidate shouldHave flexible, positive and mature mindset to deal with ambiguities of complex business problems is necessary.Be able to work effectively across a diverse and vast organization using excellent communication and execution skills;Have knowledge of financial sector, banking products and Incentive calculation (Preferred)Be self- motivated professional with clear and strong can do approach.Be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast- paced environment;Have strong presentation, operational and technical skills.Be a good team player.Enjoy collaborating with cross- functional teams.Have the ability to work well remotely across different time zones and geographies with a willingness.QUALIFICATIONS 3- 5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analytics, Dashboard preparation, MIS and System Development.Strong understanding of SQL, Microsoft office, SAS or any other programming language and ability to manage large data.Experience in consumer /retail banking or financial services.Exposure to consumer banking products, variable Incentive calculations would be an added advantage.
