Job Description

Experience 5+ YearsLocation Chennai / BangaloreRole Project Manager Data ManagementPrimary Skill Data warehouse, ETL, BI, Scrum MasterJoining time 15 30 DaysResponsibilities

  • Responsible for coordination and completion of projects within the Data Management team
  • Work with the Data Management team and cross-functional stakeholders to define, prune and prioritize the product backlog based on industry and business needs.
  • Collaborate with Data Management team to define release scope, overall design approach, and delivery plan.
  • Support the effort in gathering and breaking down feature requirements into deliverable product increments.
  • Develop roadmap for delivery of items across week (Sprint) and 10 week (PI) long increments. Gain alignment from multiple stakeholders on PI planning
  • Provide frequent stakeholder communication and responses to inform of progress toward completion, demoing or showcasing possible designs and solutions, gaining business and leadership signoff and approval.
  • Lead meetings which may focus on development, requirements, business challenges, technical constraints, or a combination of the above
  • Assist in deployment process to ensure items released are in consistent with expected delivery.
  • Maintain audit procedures and act as an owner on certain regulatory steps.
Skills/Requirements
  • 5+ years experience leading cross functional projects.
  • 3+ years experience in roles within an agile environment (Product Manager/Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst). Product Manager/Owner experience preferred.
  • Experience working with teams focused on data warehousing, ETL and BI products preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare, banking, finance, or related industries preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credentials a plus
  • Demonstrated business acumen that enables decision making around problem-solving and prioritization.
  • Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to support and lead teams.
  • Exceptional listening, written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to assess and communicate potential enhancements to operating processes.
  • Attention to, and awareness of, security, HIPAA, and audit protocols.
Customisation Experience
  • Knowledge on custom WordPress Plugin development
  • Knowledge on custom WordPress theme creation
  • Experience Payment gateway integration.
