Job Description

Position Summary: The Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) Manager will be a member of the Development Technology and Process team (DTP) within the Global Consumer Technology (GCT) CTO organization reporting to the Head of SDLC and Process. The role will lead and manage multiple service delivery and support teams, comprising Citi staff and contractors. The services delivered cover BAU activities such as the operation of SDLC tools as well as project activities such as building and delivering new or enhanced functionality. The role will liaise with DTP teams and service provider partners in delivering the capabilities. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers quality services that meet the defined expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple SDLC service delivery and support teams Collaborate with and manage service provider partners in delivering the services Responsible for ensuring that the teams deliver quality services that meet the defined expectations Working in a support services group, with global exposure and many top priorities and clients Liaise effectively with DTP colleagues and the broader CTO and GCT organizations in the service delivery Manage priorities and monitor capacity utilization for the service delivery teams Provide regular updates to DTP leadership on the service delivery operations Drive improvements in work processes for the delivery teams Ensure terms of Statements of Work (SOW) are met mitigating any risks to the terms and escalating to DTP leadership as necessary Perform tasks related to the renewal of SOWs, ensuring no lapse in coverage Qualifications: Knowledge/ Experience: Ability to define, communicate, implement and manage service delivery Demonstrated ability to interface with partners to successfully deliver technology services by leading one or more teams Technical background in IT service delivery environments Able to work well with global teams Experience in enterprise- scale global shared services environment Proven to work well under pressure with multiple competing priorities Proven ability to adapt and solve problems within constrained timeframes Excellent skills and knowledge of situational awareness, negotiation, persuasion and conflict resolution Skills & Competencies: Technology project management skills within an agile SDLC Strong team leadership, management and facilitation skills demonstrated within technology service delivery functions Able to use sound business judgment to deliver high quality services Exhibits strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence, guide and mentor team members Interest in continuous learning Candidate should be a dynamic, engaged and a visible leader Excellent communication skills Team management skills (including team building, creativity, flexibility initiative and motivation) Execution skills (quick thinker who can take strategic decisions to implementation, ability to prioritize, analytical thinking and attention to detail) Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of Oracle Primavera, Planview and Jira Software will be a plus Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Visio Skills & Competencies: BS or BA degree or equivalent education, and experience in Information Technology,
