Manage a high performing team of Software Engineers in Enterprise Cyber Security team Provide leadership and guidance to the team on architecture, Non-Functional requirements and product security Provide technical coaching and lead direct reports and other members of adjacent support teams to the highest level of performance. Evaluate performance of direct reports and offer career development guidance. Handle escalations from internal stakeholders and manage critical issues to resolution. Collaborate with Product Manager, Program Manager and other teams to deliver high quality product. Manage technical projects and initiatives. Assist with executive communication to senior leadership teams on status of Security Operations track.Build relationships with Infrastructure teams and Software Development teams. Identify recurring system and application issues and enable engineers to work with Cloud teams, infra teams, Product Development, Vendors and other stakeholders in investigating and resolving cause. Qualifications: 5+ years of managing Software Development teams3+ years of Agile Software development practices 15+ years of Software Development experience. Experience in managing 24/7 global teams and remote employees. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in evaluating team member performance and offering career development guidance. Experience in providing technical coaching to direct reports.Experience in architecting highly scalable products with Cloud First Strategy. Experience in collaborating with global stakeholder teams. Excellent debugging and problem solving skills. Experience in facilitating technical conversations between engineering and operations teams. Experience in troubleshooting complex multi-tier applications. Experience in Core Java concepts and JavaScript. Experience with database concepts (SQL or NO SQL). Experience working/building on SOAR platforms . Experience in working on highly available production systems. Experience Strong knowledge of software release process and release pipeline.
