Manage the investigation and resolution of breaks in Barclays internal systems, and external parites (FOFO, FOBO, external, intersystem)Analysis of trade discrepancies within reconciliations / affirmations, liaise with the respective trading desks to resolve them.Gain a F2B understanding of the trade flows and be able to challenge logic, exceptions and highlight Unauthorized Trading risk if any.Analyse and come up with ideas to minimise breaks and resulting open risk and create efficiencies.Challenge and escalate with FO, MO, and BO teams to resolve trade breaks and control gaps.Ensure trade bookings are correct and rectify discrepancies on same dayImplement control agendaWhat we re looking for:Degree level or appropriate industry qualifications. Business / Mathematical or Engineering degree preferred to understand complex derivative products, analyse technical aspects of reconciliations and work with technology to design and test new reconciliations.Rounded knowledge of equity derivatives middle office or trade supportUnderstanding of operational risks and ability to make timely escalationProven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels including interacting effectivelyStrong working knowledge of MS office Suite, specifically ExcelSkills that will help you in the role:A team playerAn organized individualMature in thought as well as in communications,
