Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Senior Analyst position will be based on Chennai.We are looking for someone who demonstrates

  • Provide support to resolve all type of alternate suggestion request by component search
  • Perform technical data sheet comparison to suggest suitable alternate parts
  • Coordinate with requestor to understand the requirement and close it according to process
  • Manage all communications with PSL suppliers
  • Provide feedback on PSL supplier performance for management review
Here is some of what you ll need (required)
  • Able to read EE components Datasheet and should have strong knowledge in components parameters.
  • B.E in Electrical (E.E.E) or Electronics (E.C.E).
  • Knowledge in following Electronics components parameters, understanding datasheet.
    • Resistor, Capacitor & Inductor.
    • Crystal Oscillator & Protection Device.
    • Diode, Transistor, MosFET.
    • Linear IC (Regulator, Comparator, Opmp etc.).
    • Logic IC (Gates, Buffer, FF etc.).
    • Microcontroller & processor.
    • Connectors.
  • Understanding difference between Manufacturer, Distributor, supplier & customer.
  • Minimum order Quantity (MOQ), Standard Packing Quantity (SPQ), Payment terms, Delivery Terms, Lead time.
  • Non-cancellable Non-Returnable (NCNR), Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE), Unit of measurement (UOM).
  • Country of Origin (COO), Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
  • Good in English communication (Email, listening and speaking).
  • Knowledge in MS Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot table, COUNTIF, etc.
  • Macro knowledge is added advantage.
  • Knowledge about QuoteWin tool is added advantage.
