Job Description

Define key requirements for business problems, find appropriate data sources and build argument for solutions
Understand, document and deliver various management processes (headcount, scorecards, operational health/Tier reviews) across IT functions
Design, recommend unified ways of working to help achieve the #One IT strategic priority and drive standardization, simplification, evolve and safeguard the projects
Nodal point of contact for inspiring change, transition related to management processes, practices
Manage the SPQ (Strategy, Performance & Quality) OKRs and perform regular cadence of meetings to ensure performance and strategic alignment
Drive and facilitate team building initiatives by exploring various methods, tools & techniques
Build effective relationships with range of collaborators to ensure utilization and development of SPQ services, reporting and insights.
