The candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work in a fast paced agile environment.Resource should have strong development and analytical skills. Resource will need to build knowledge around Incentive Engines. Later he/she will be involved in all stage on development cycle from requirement, analysis, design, development, testing with timely delivery for various regulatory as well as strategic projects.What will you be doing Maintain positive stakeholder relationships Maintain and build partnerships with level 1, level 2 support and other IT areas Ensure compliance to internal and external (regulatory) standards within the team Ensuring engineering activities conform to bank standards and policiesWhat we re looking for:Strong SQL knowledge Prefer Teradata and MS SQL Server Strong Unix scripting skill Good analysis and problem-solving skills Strong control awareness.Skills that will help you in the role:Good stakeholder engagement skills and understanding & executing their requirements / expectations Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter, pro-active and a team player Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator Willingness and ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to a successful resolution Eye for detail and exception track record in managing and resolving conflict situations Required to provide detailed analysis and information on complex queries/problems and communicate to stakeholders on proposed solutions and recommendations Minimal supervisory oversight and able to perform duties with minimal or no guidance Assertiveness, tenacious and control focusedWhere will you be working Chennai Be More at Barclays At Barclays, each day is about being more as a professional, and as a person.
