Job summary Roles & Responsibilities The employee should have the ability to communicate effectively with various people at differing levels.Communication occurs with Account Managers, various internal teams and other BP2S Clients. Ensure timely and correct settlement of all client trades. Should also deal with ad hoc issues or requests . Should be a contributing team member with a commitment to accuracy, service ethic, and positive work ethic. Should complete their work accurately on time and should be in linewith operational risk policies, ensuring compliance. They support the team and other team members in participating in cross training and providing support and coverage during busy periods. They are keen to learn and develop their technical knowledge and skills. As this is a growth business and the volumes handled in this area continue to increase, the ability to see and suggest any opportunities for improvement will be valued. Primary Responsibilities Settlements:

• Capturing of client instructions into Settlement system without any error
• Keeping clients posted on the latest status of their trades with BNP
• Placing the client s trades into respective markets to enhance the settlements
• Liaising with the counterparties and various other internal and external stakeholders to enhance the process of settlement
• Settled positions need to accounted properly in the client accounts and appropriate reconciliation need to done
• Cash and positions control checks should be always kept as top priority
• Calculation of client margins and posting of the same need to adhere
• support the team and other team members in participating in cross training and providing support and coverage during busy periods

BDO and Smart Access:

• Route the client instructions into the respective markets
• Make sure there in no block in the system in sending the trades to the local custody system
• Reconcile all the cash and stock positions with Xylos to DEPO accounts

1. Knowledge and skills required

• Thorough understanding of all Capital market, Financial Instruments, Investment baking processes and above average accounting skills
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets strict deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Excel skills required.Job requirements
• Graduates / Post Graduates (B.Com/MBA Finance preferred)
