Take full responsibilities and end-to-end ownership of customer shipments and issues. Engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions. Act and communicate proactively and keep customers informed of any issues or changes in the booking. Address root causes and seek continuous improvements constantly look for ways to improve work processes. Work independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards share knowledge and best practices. Take responsibility for the execution of shipment lifecycle process including cross functional coordination. Understand customer s business & pain points and solve those with a customer centric mindset. Act as vessel focal for services calling at East Indian Ports to ensure optimum utilization of the vessels. Coordinate with WCA Regional Capacity and local Landside Execution teams for smooth vessel operations. Adhere to standardized processes and tasks without compromising customer experience.Show More We are looking forBachelor/Management degree with at least 4-5 years of work experience. Working Experience in Shipping/logistics Industry would be an added advantage. Having an agile mindset to look at the things. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve problems. Skilled in analysing, interpreting & presenting data to take right decision.
