Job Description

    Test Procedure Development: Rewrite and update test procedures for existing systems. Analyze the current test fixture, develop a schematic for it, and implement updates to the test process. Fixture Design & Schematic Creation: Create schematics for existing test fixtures where none are currently available. Ensure the test procedures align with updated hardware.PCB and Potted Enclosure Projects: Develop test fixtures and procedures for upcoming projects, specifically focusing on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and potted enclosures.Artwork & Solder Screen Review: Review artwork for solder screens and address board file questions from suppliers.Technical Support for Quoting: Answer technical questions and provide guidance for quoting purposes.Component Part Substitution: Evaluate and recommend suitable part substitutions where necessary.Programming: Program and operate pick-and-place machines for component assembly. Program boards for testing and production.
