The role involves ownership of vehicle-level safety planning, crash validation processes, and performance alignment with regulatory & consumer safety protocols such as Global NCAP.The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to airbag & seatbelt systems, safety integration, crash simulation preparation, and DVP creation. Expertise in benchmarking, test coordination, and safety performance planning is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare detailed Vehicle-Level Safety Design Verification Plans (DVP)
    • Develop and monitor end-to-end safety validation time plans
    • Conduct competitive benchmarking with strong safety performance focus
    • Prepare specifications & documentation for crash test requirements
    • Coordinate & execute safety validation trials as per protocols
    • Work on airbag ECU calibration and passive safety system integration
    • Support safety feature development using CAD and virtual tools
    • Conduct vehicle and system-level crash tests with compliance adherence
