Job Description

    Conceptualization of System & sub system of Diesel engine in 3D layout.Review of DFA & DFS requirementDesign calculation for Engine components.Preparation & review of 2D drawings with DFC & DFM pointsTolerance Stack-up & review of GD& TInteraction with Component development team & supplier for part development.Coordination with CAE & review of simulation.Carrying out DFMEA at component level.Layout & Interface Review & Root Cause analysis Experience 3 to 5 years experience on diesel engine design and mechanical development. Industry Preferred Qualifications BE / ME General Requirements Experience on 3D CAD tools - UG 9.0 or above will be added advantageKnowledge of Engine component design & modelingGD&T, Tolerance stack up analysis, DFMEABasic knowledge of PLM/TeamcenterHands on experience in Root Cause analysis of Engine ComponentsBasics of bolts and bolt calculationsDesign Calculations for Engine Components Exposure to Manufacturing processesJob Segment: Manufacturing Engineer, CAD, Drafting, Engineer, Engineering ,
