Job Description

  • Communication protocol : CAN,LIN, Flexray, J1939, KWP,UDS,ISO 14229,
  • Automotive Domain Experience Preferred
  • Good understanding of processor architectures, memory management etc
  • Implementing automotive domain protocols like CAN, J1939,CCP
  • Expertise in Diagnostics module experience.
  • Network Architecture Management experience. Job Requirements Experience (years) 5 - 8 yrs Industry Preferred Automotive OEMs, Tractor OEMs, Tier 1 Suppliers, Tier 2 providing automotive engineer services Qualification M.Tech / B.Tech Personality Traits Competencies Self starter, Independent, Hands On.
  • Ability to work with minimal resources Delivery focussed, able to adhere to processes & deadlines.
  • Pro-active, resourceful & willing to find solutions .
  • General Requirements Experinence on automotive engineering, Vehicle Networking -Communication Protocols
  • Experience with ECU development projects preferred
  • Should have handled one project PDLC.
  • Comfortable working with a cross-cultural team with extensive use of electronic communication tools
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Willing to travel Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job
  • Hands on Experience in (UDS, KWP) and Flash Tool development
  • Must be having working experience with UDS (ISO14229), J1939 and CAN message configuration.
  • To keep up to date with the latest software development technologies and methodologies on Diagnostics, Fault Management
  • To develop the Flash tool, Data Logger, Data Analysis and Diagnostic features .
  • Design/Development of Diagnostics Services & In Vehicle Networking in Electric Vehicle ECUs from RFQ, Prototype to Production of ECU.
  • Development vehicle diagnostic services is through CAN tool chains (Vector, Peak, etc.)for tractor / off highway using protocols like KWP2K, UDS.
  • Generate the test/validation Plan for Functionality & Diagnostics in ECUs & Validation of Functionality & Diagnostics from RFQ, Prototype to production of ECU.
  • Design, Implementation & Validation of Diagnostic software (PC Based) based on vehicle data (Live & Stored).
  • Expertise in understanding electric vehicle architecture diagram and detecting the faults in the system.
  • Expertise in fault insertion methodology for In-Vehicle Diagnostics, IVN & On-Board Diagnostics (Regulatory) testing required for ECU/Vehicle Level Diagnostics.
  • Desirable Competencies Experience with electronics in tractors and off-road vehicles Names of Companies from where we can get this talent . Bosch, Continentale, John Deere, Tafe, Eicher, Volvo, Caterpillar, Ashokleyland.
