Job Description

    • Collaborate with internal and external groups for a speedy development of slider processes (lapping, grinding, wirebonding, etc)
    • Actively participates in regular technology exchanges with worldwide developmentgroup
    • Conduct timely process qualifications and improvement as required by new products
    • Initiate process evaluations and DOEs for continuous improvement to support company objectives on cost and quality.
    • Work with manufacturing engineering group for successful ramp of new technologies
    • Document and conduct technical reviews and handshake with manufacturing engineering group
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
