Job Description

    Senior Engineer, Technical Support(Cloud Computing, Open Networking, SD-WAN)As a Senior Engineer , you will be responsible for resolving networking escalations as part of a team. You will work with global enterprise customers, specific or generic, to resolve the issues reported in their infrastructure specifically in Cloud, Datacenter and Edge Networking Infrastructure, both traditional and Open Networking and in adjoining Lines of Businesses like Compute, Storage.You will also be contributing to Hardware and Software quality by reporting the bugs to Product Quality Team You will:
    • Own Enterprise Customer-reported issues from various Intake models and work with customers and other stakeholders until resolution to customer s satisfaction
    • Comprehensively Document all the relevant technical information throughout life cycle and ensure the customer is communicated with in a timely manner regarding the overall progress of their issue
    • During Resolution, coordinate with multiple Internal stakeholders like Engineering, Frontline Teams, Other LoBsetc.
    • Contribute to Hardware and Software quality of Dell Networking products by reporting bugs and issues to PG Engineering.
    • Make sure customers are treated with the highest degree of respect and drive operational excellence through quality closures.

    • 4+ Years of Experience in Enterprise Technical Support
    • Strong Customer Orientation,Excellent Phone Etiquette and Work Ethics
    • Extensive knowledge of Networking Solutions Datacenter and Edge
    • Knowledge on Cloud Computing, Open Networking, SD-WAN concepts.
    • Excellent communications Skillsin English and ability to work with calmness and composure under stress.
    Desirable Requirements
    • Bachelor s degree preferably Engineering
    • Industry Standard Certifications like CISCO, Juniper, Delletc.
