Efficiently manage office facility including security system, building and establishment maintenance, emergency / crisis management, housekeeping and catering management.Administrative support to other office facility(ies) in the same city.Efficiently manages travel arrangements (tickets, hotel, visa) for Chennai team and for other teams as well.Coordination with HR/finance and other departments, if required.Address employee administrative requirements proactively, promptly and politely enabling them to have pleasant experience of administration delivery.Liaison with internal and external stakeholder (colleagues, service providers, hospitals, govt. agencies) so as to ensure effective result.Ensuring effective administrative support for event management as per organization requirement.The candidate should be capable of handling all admin related activities (Housekeeping, Security, Printing, Stationery, AMCs for various services) and travel related activities.Monitor expenses, prepare monthly MIS and submit the same for review on monthly basis.Should be able to work on requirements given by corporate office, such as preparing MIS and assignments.General administration work should be able to carry out repair and maintenance work at the site. Candidate should be able to search vendors and engage them.Handling Petty cash, preparing expense sheet on monthly basis.Coordination with corporate office for monthly invoice submission and liaison for payments with concerned person.Transport arrangement for employees and visitors as per travel requirement.DESIRABLEProficient with MS office word, Excel & ppt.Good Communication SkillsPleasing personalityShould be Soft SpokenShould be a Team playerQUALIFICATIONGraduate in any stream Post graduation or a MBA is a Plus.,
