Job Details : Implement and ensure the use of talent acquisition/recruitment policies, guidelines, processes, systems and practices throughout the Unit/Country so that outcomes meet current and future business needs, engage and motivate employees and develop a positive employer brand.Responsibilities:Work with business and HR leaders and professionals to ensure global processes (requisition, recruitment channels and applicant screening, interviews and assessments, recruitment offerings and closing, referrals and internal and external talent pools, employer branding) are utilized effectively in the unit /country, ensure they meet KONEs objectives with regards to business short and long term talent requirements as well as drive employee engagement and positive employer brand. Deliver a variety of TA activities (e.g. sourcing, talent pool building, advertising, interviewing, assessing, candidates selection, reference checks, interview coordination with users, employment offers preparation) so that the organizations TA requirements are met. Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable. Work together with other TA professionals to develop recruitment practices and processes and to ensure local needs are included.Policies and Guidelines:Processes:Manage requisition - identify pro-actively potential candidates for planned positions, create a recruitment requisition, approve recruitment requisitionChoose recruitment channels and screen applicants - select recruitment channels, post a job to the channels, contact potential candidates already in the pipeline, screen for suitable external applicants, select candidates for interviewsInterview and assess candidates - interview candidates, select candidates for assessment, assess candidates, perform reference/ background checks, make a hire decisionMake offer and close recruitment - inform hire decision, prepare job offer, review and approve offer, sign the offer, inform rejected candidates, close the requisitionTalent Research - Research the market, map potential talent with required competences for current and future open positions in the organization. Assess and engage the potential talent from the market and create Talent Pools for all critical roles.Manage referrals (TBD) - refer candidate to open positions, review selected candidate against the local referral policy, organize the referral fee / reward according to the local policyManage internal and external talent pools (TBD) - keep track of the budgeted HC plan, use talent pools to pro-actively identify potential candidates for the planned positions, contact potential candidates in the pipelineManage employer branding - manage employer branding strategy and planning, manage employer branding development activities, manage employer brand monitoring
