Job Description

We are looking for a creative mind with experience in B2B Marketing & Communications. This person should have expertise in Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing.Digital Marketing:

  • Formulate the overall Digital Marketing strategy for KONE India to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase KONEs brand awareness and boost lead generation
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Handle the KONE India website (works on CMS SDL Tridion)
  • Responsible for acquiring & updating accurate product information on the website, for assignment of web leads, for developing overall user experience on portal, for executing and monitoring online campaigns, for development of the online channel
  • Email campaign development and implementation
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe analytics etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of various communications (email, social media, blogs, etc.) including at times high-level public speeches for the senior leadership team
Marketing & Communications:
  • Support KONE s objectives through internal communications: communicating company vision and strategic development programs to employees.
  • Applying internal communication processes and practices to convey messages and engage employees within the front line.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of communication methods and tools to carry out change management strategies.
  • Demonstrate skills in written and oral communication and the ability to obtain information, critique, edit and communicate effectively. Good editorial and proof-reading skills in regard to format and style.
  • Create demand, support sales and increase customer loyalty by implementing and following-up
  • Marketing activities, with high focus on digital marketing, for different market and customer segments
  • Support the marketing communications manager/director to develop a marketing and communications strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements and consistent with KONE s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
  • Localize global marketing material and activities
  • Ensure KONEs brand guidelines are implemented and KONE key messages are made visible in all marketing materials
  • Excellent understanding of using different marketing and communications tools and channels for effective communication. Applying existing global processes, channels and tools when applicable.
  • Assist in implementing internal and external events according to global guidelines and utilize global concepts and tools.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies (for example printing houses, event agencies, graphic designers, online agencies)
  • Co-operate and share best practices with KONE global team and other marketing and communications professionals within KONE.
  • Support in designing Marketing collaterals: brochures / customer presentations / videos etc.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus in content development and/or reporting, knowledge of social media Marketing, SEO & SEM
  • Copywriting and copyediting
  • Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Email Campaign systems and content management systems
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both speaking and writing)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and creative thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
