Position: Sr. Executive- Production Business/Location: EPB/ Manali, Chennai Salary: up to 7 LPA Edu: B.Tech in Polymer/Chemical Exp. 1-3 Yrs. In production role with strong exposure in shift handling. Nature of Exp. Compounding/Polymerization/chemical process Industry: Manufacturing/Chemicals Preferred Skills: Customer Focus, Achievement Orientation, Planning & Execution, Analysis & Problem Solving. Purpose of Job: To ensure continuous improvement in production quantity, product quality & operational efficiency so as to meet customer requirements through systematic and effective corrective and preventive actions approach.Producing material as per marketing requirement. Producing FG material meeting all the quality requirements. Producing material from contamination of foreign particles and meeting the filler content. Elimination of process failures. Reducing waste/color problem chips generated in plant. Maintain quality system documentation in line with TS16949 guidelines. Develop SOP for new products. Improving shop floor manufacturing practices.
