This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.JOB PURPOSE:Analyst / Senior Analyst is responsible for the delivery of committed Liquidity Information Management deliverables, adhering to SLA, operating instructions and quality requirements.The role is also responsible for providing insightful analysis and commentaries on the underlying movements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform activities and tasks assigned relating to Funds Transfer Pricing, Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk Information Management processes on a day-to-day basis working within teams to produce analysis and reports in a timely and accurate mannerDevelop subject matter expertise around FTP, Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk Information ManagementDeliver insightful analytics on Balance sheet KPI movements and provide decision support as neededEnsure timely delivery of tasks/activities relating to Liquidity / Interest Rate Risk metrics and Ratios and all other internal and external reporting & Information Management requirements within the Basel I, II and III frameworkComply with the laid down process steps, bank s data quality and reporting standards, Operating Instructions and other manualsActively participate and contribute in all ongoing knowledge management initiatives to develop functional content in the areas of FTP, Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk Information Management frameworkEnsure all queries for submitted reports are reverted within timelinesParticipate in systems and process change initiativesShould be able to adapt to the changes and quickly align with the new processes, operating models and other technology changesWork towards continuous improvement to identify and implement opportunities to decrease process turn-around time and improve productivityWork with different stakeholders to continuously improve process controls and efficiency of delivery of servicesQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSEssential:Finance Professionals (Chartered Accountant) or Under-Graduation in Engineering + MBA (Finance) from a reputed institutionStrong analytical skillsGood understanding of banking products / Operations0 to 5 years of relevant experienceAny other Professional certification like FRM or CFA will be an added advantageDesirable:Domain skills on Funds Transfer Pricing, Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk Management and Reporting, Basel III guidelines, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Additional Liquidity Monitoring metrics (ALMM), Intra-day Liquidity reporting (IDL), Asset & Liability ManagementKEY RELATIONSHIPS:Head, Centre of Expertise, LiquidityBusiness stakeholders including Group Treasury, Country Finance etc.Technology PartnersKEY MEASURES:Delivery of standard reports and MI as per the commitmentsQuality of analysis and commentaries of the underlying reportsStakeholder feedback on quality of analysis & decision supportEfficiency of Daily / monthly / quarterly runs.Apply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.To view information on our benefits including our flexible working please visit our career pages .,
