Why You Love This Job: The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets.The Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) team supports and leads core functions of IT Asset Management Functional Office across the following capabilities: Hardware Asset Management, Lifecycle Management and Software Asset Management. This Mid SAM and data role is specific to the functional area of Software Asset Management. Your Responsibilities :Aggregate software purchasing and license data

  • Review entitlement and procurement documents for compliance terms and use rights
  • Create business requirement documents
  • Supervise data normalization and audit/verification activities
  • Conduct Publisher reviews and identify optimization and remediation activities. For example, identify candidate licenses for harvesting from retired or repurposed assets and identify non-compliant software
  • Support operational, business as usual (BAU) activities of the program
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
QualificationsCSAM certification a plusWorking knowledge of Software Asset Management and ITIL framework. 5-7 years experience with enterprise publishers and vendors; IT or financial industry experience preferredConceptual thinker with capacity for comprehensive analysis, reporting, and data normalization at the product and Publisher levelBig picture perspective with a talent for translating business case analysis into functional requirements,
