He/ she will be responsible for defining and determining engaging learning activities and materials suited to the target audience.The position requires hands-on experience with the application of the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) Instructional Model and Successive Approximation Model (SAM).Work effectively in an environment that demands high quality, creativity and consistency. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in design, functionality and quality of learning solutions developed.We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you will do :
  • Perform the business and training needs analysis
  • Assess and analyze training needs through surveys, interview, or consultation with managers
  • Interact with SME from different regions to understand the requirements
  • Determine the training learning medium such as micro-learning, macro learning or blended learning
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development regional leaders and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with eLearning instructional designers and developers to finalize the client requirements
  • Collaborate with vendors on the creation and deployment of training modules
  • Develop project plan and manage project deliverables
  • Ensure that the feedbacks from SME and editor are implemented appropriately
  • Provide feedback with logical rationales and suggestions
  • Drive the team to keep abreast of the latest technologies in the industry
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulation etc.) on need basis
  • Lead a group of instructional designers
  • Generate reports on teams activities, efforts and utilization for the leadership on a regular basis
  • Generate reports to evaluate the success of learning modules
Here is some of what you will need (required) :
  • Master s degree in any stream.
  • 6 to 9 years of experience in the eLearning industry
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team
  • Outstanding command of English vocabulary, editorial and grammar
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • In-depth knowledge of curriculum design, instructional methods, and training techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS / Learning Content Management System (LCMS) / Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
  • Knowledge of rapid development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate storyline or Lectora
  • Basic HTML and Flash graphic and instructional design possibilities
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple pieces of training at the same time
  • Collaboration and interpersonal skills collaborate with all job levels
