1. Basic Knowledge on Automobile Product Development/ Technology Development Process 2. Assist the Function Head in managing and prioritizing competing demands for his time and attention. 3. Coordinate between Function Head office and his direct reports + President & CE office 4. Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Function Head by prioritizing requests, organizing the incoming flow of work, maintaining a monitoring system for Reviews, and following-up to ensure timely responses; preparing for meetings 5. On job knowledge in project management ,handling Cross functional teams and multi disciplinary functions 6. Coordinate/Monitor Progress/Highlight roadblocks for meaningful/planned actions of Synergy Projects 7. Follow up of technical issues with platforms, project teams& COE s and ensure all open concerns are closed 8. Tracking budget compliance 9. Designing & Monitoring MIS Systems on Project and Business Policy Deliverable 10. Pre APC & APC agenda preparation and co ordination with different departments & hosting the same. 11. Keep track and suppoert in preprations of meeting like Quality review, ASEC, Strategy review and also monitor action plan of the MoM of respective meetings. 12. Presentation Preparation for the following meetings - Executive Committee, Group Executive Board, Automotive Strategy Board, War room(operational & strategic), C1 and C2 communications. 13. Prepare yearly AD PD policy in alignment with the Promise statements 14. Prepare and present all internal and external audits e.g. AFSEM , TMW etc. 15. Please initiate and cordinate with varoius departments for execution of Platform Syndicate meetings. 16. Periodic Review Planning of various Sub-Functions 17. Preparation for all media questions 18.
