Job Description

    • Please find belowSenior Manager Compliance JDfor your reference.
    • 16+ years of relevant experience in retirement plan recordkeeping/administration with knowledge of IRS and Department of Labor.
    • Expert knowledge ofCompliance Testing, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 of 401K plansand administration.
    • Preferably ASPPA certified or equivalent.
    • Monitor receipt of Census information to completion of Compliance Tests, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 reporting and being delivered to client on a timely basis.
    • Proven leadership, management, and direct supervisory skills.
    • High level written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Develop SLAs, lead process development and improvement
    • Understanding root cause / identifying control breaks
    • Implementation and Organizational Change Management skills.
