While you are entrenched in the development, maintenance, and testing of one product area, your view expands to the product vertical your team operates in. You work with your Product Owner and team s Tech Lead to ensure sound Functional and Technical direction.The Value You Deliver

• Ensure consistent and smooth services to our partners / customers
• Undertake and lead production stability initiatives to stabilize environments
• Works on unusually complex cross-functional and/or cross-organizational problems
• Provide additional support to existing production support procedures
• Interact with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA, DBA and application teams
• Prioritize issues raised and resolve it accordingly
• Should be able to manage projects individually with agile methodology
• Work with the engineering partners for getting insights into upcoming changes
• Attend Project meetings and status calls with partners and development team

• In-depth knowledge of web development (Asp.Net Web Forms, Asp.Net MVC, JavaScript, Html, CSS, JQuery)
• Demonstrated mastery of previous levels skills and responsibilities
• Experienced in a variety of life cycle methodologies
• Has previous experience managing people
• Should have managed enterprise wide large technology initiatives independently
• Can adapt to changing conditions and coach others through change.
• Possesses ability to communicate efficiently verbally and through written documentation.
• Work in partnership with the users, Architecture and Engineering teams to design, build and deliver end-to-end solutions

The Skills that are Good To Have for this role

• Experience in Financial Planning services in general and specifically Broker and advisor Platforms
• You should have relevant experience working with Agile teams and a thorough understanding of SAFe principles
• In partnership with Product Management, actively seek to gain a deeper understanding of the business context under which your team operates. Leverage this understanding to present feature recommendation to your Product Owner.
• In partnership with Design, continue to build empathy for the primary, as well as secondary, personas your vertical supports. Leverage this empathy to recommend small design changes to your Designer.
• Drive complex changes and complicated refactoring without the need for direction of an experienced team member.
• Evangelize and promote the successes and learnings of your team in formal ceremonies, such as sprint demos, as well as in casual conversation.
