Job Description

  • Maintain capacity planning models for all FCSU functions, ensuring appropriate levels of governance and change management are in place to provide transparency.
  • To provide accurate estimations of capacity requirements considered all inputs provided by respective team
  • Maintain approved TOMs for FCSU functions, ensuring these are updated appropriately and with clear governance and approval.
Productivity Management
  • To track the productivity and quality metrics on regular basis
  • Ensure these metrics are regularly reviewed and reported on.
  • Ensure that benefits (or headwinds) are clearly tracked to delivery with appropriate evidence in place
Cost Management
  • Monitor and update the FCC Controls costs on a regular basis
  • Budgeting and forecasting of HC and Cost for Onshore/Offshore FCC Surv. & Operations team
SCT Implementation
  • This work would entail supporting the team operationalising the recharge to Segments/Products
Leadership & Management
  • No management of staff.
  • Provide guidance to colleagues and lead other analysts involved in demand management activity.
Regulatory & Business conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Support the FCC Surv. & Ops Management function to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.
  • Complete all mandatory training as required before due date.
Our Ideal CandidateExperience
  • Experience in managing stakeholders in a demand driven environment to support and deliver business support management related to cost control, headcount management.
  • Experience in analysing numerical information, strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Finance, HR, ITO and Project related procedures, systems and support structure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent collaborative skills.
  • Effective Interpersonal skills that contribute to positive working relationships with other units/departments.
